Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Stand Lead to manage the concession stand operations at our site in Chicago. The role involves supervising staff, handling sales, and ensuring smooth customer service during events.

The Stand Lead will train attendants, maintain inventory, process payments via POS, and uphold OSHA/Health Department standards while contributing to team professionalism and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to bend, sit, stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful operation of the concession stand to which he/she is assigned.
• Supervises staff.
• Sells concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at various events.
• Receives payment from customers.
• Enters sales into the POS system to ensure proper tracking of products.
• Trains stand attendants.
• Maintains inventory and stock at required levels.
• Oversees compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
• Works with management to maintain food production quality.
• Maintains a safe and hazard-free working environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
