Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Concessions Administrative Coordinator for Desert Diamond Arena in Arizona. You will handle lead checkout paperwork, end-of-day reconciliations, inventory control, and close-out coordination with concessions supervisors.

Roles require strong organization, Excel proficiency, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and stadium events. Certifications in ServSafe Alcohol and County Food Handler are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant and/or sports entertainment setting preferred.
• 1 year leading teams is preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods during events is required.
• Must pass food safety and sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process lead checkout paperwork with accurate documentation.
• Perform end-of-day accounting, data entry, reconciliations, and balancing.
• Monitor inventory handling and ensure proper product control.
• Coordinate with Concessions Supervisors on close-out procedures.
• Manage event and daily logistics, record-keeping, and reporting.
