Overview

Position Title: CONCESSIONS STAFFING SUPERVISOR-CRYPTO.COM ARENA

Pay Range: $23.00 to $23.00

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Concessions team members for daily, weekly, and monthly events; post and communicate schedules via phone, email, and MyStaff
• MyStaff: Add schedules into MyStaff; ensure coding is accurate based on classification and location; reconcile timecards; reconcile missed punches (including meal breaks)
• Uniforms: Distribution and collection; create inventory for uniforms; mid-season inventory and reorder
• Attendance discipline: Monitor, manage and issue discipline reports for tardies, NCNS, late call-offs; manage attendance write-ups with emphasis on tardy issues
• Borrowed labor schedules: POD Admin; create and organize borrowed labor list
• Temp staff schedules: Forecast and organize need for temp labor; send temp orders to HR; manage temp arrival/check-in with building security
• Event Day tasks: Employee check-in; meal ticket distribution (along with uniforms); field phone calls from bar/food stands; enter unscheduled employees in MyStaff; reconcile MyStaff time cards; administer employee disciplines
