Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Attendant to operate the concession stand during events, ensuring quality products and courteous service in line with Guest Service Standards and Responsible Alcohol Service.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background/credit check.
• Excellent guest service skills and adherence to grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Follows supervisor's assignments for opening procedures and food preparation.
• Prepares food and beverage items using proper procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Is cost conscious, does not over-portion and records all waste.
• Keeps work area and equipment neat and clean.
• Follows closing instructions and cleans equipment.
