Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Concession Stand Worker / Cashier to provide friendly customer service, prepare and serve a variety of menu items, and handle payments accurately at the stand during events. You will interact with guests, verify IDs for alcohol, and maintain a clean, safe work area while collaborating with teammates to meet service standards.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure service standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to work fluently in English.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Must meet health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage services.

Responsibilities

• Prepares simple menu items.
• Sells items, collects payment and makes correct change.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Enter sales into cash register accurately.
• Clean up and store product; remove trash to dumpster.
• Serve patrons’ food and beverages quickly with courtesy.
• Verify ID on all customers ordering alcohol.
• Suggestively sell and upsell items.
• Maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
• Collaborate with co-workers to comply with service standards and cash controls.
