Job summary

Compass Group USA at Q2 Stadium is seeking a Concessions Food Runner to support quick guest service during events. You will retrieve orders, ensure accuracy, assist guests, and maintain clean expo and pickup areas while coordinating with kitchen and concession teams.

This role emphasizes friendly, professional service, adherence to food safety rules, and the ability to help during peak periods. Competitive hourly pay with tips and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve completed food orders and prepare them for guest pickup or delivery.
• Verify order accuracy before presenting food to guests.
• Call out order numbers and assist guests with locating and receiving their orders.
• Ensure all food items are properly packaged, garnished, and accompanied by necessary condiments, utensils, and napkins.
• Maintain communication with kitchen, cashier, and concession staff to ensure efficient service flow.
• Monitor ticket times and help expedite orders during peak service periods.
• Provide friendly, professional, and responsive guest service.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns related to food orders.
• Keep expo and guest pickup areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Assist with restocking supplies and supporting concession stand operations as needed.
• Support opening, event, and closing duties.

Position Title: Concessions Food Runner - Q2 Stadium

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour + tips
