Levy Restaurants at Enterprise Center in St. Louis is hiring a Concessions Runner to deliver food and beverages to concessions stands and bartenders with speed and professionalism. You will need to understand menu content and follow food safety guidelines while ensuring timely delivery.

The role supports event setup and breakdown, inventory, and reporting, and requires a strong sense of urgency and teamwork to uphold Levy's service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Follow set up and break down process efficiently.
• Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
• Performs post events product inventory and restocks as needed.
• Understands all event paperwork and reports.
• Act with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Understanding the importance of maintaining equipment.
• Adhere to location appearance guidelines.
• Helps fellow employees whenever necessary.
• Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Completes side work as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary: Delivers food and beverage items to concessions stands and bartenders in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. In this position, the runner should have an understanding of the content of the menu and ensures that product is delivered in a timely fashion. The runner should understand and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and help with the execution of area setup and breakdown.
