Job summary

Compass Group USA, via Levy, is seeking a Concession Stand Lead for Q2 Stadium in Austin. You will oversee the concession operation, lead staff, and uphold service standards during events.

Responsibilities include opening/closing stands, supervising crew, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, managing POS and inventory, and delivering exceptional guest service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Leads concession staff and ensures team performance.
• Directs concession team during assigned shifts.
• Maintains guest-service standards at events.
• Ensures food safety and health regulations adherence.
• Oversees opening/closing of stands and POS handling.

• Provide leadership and direction to concession team members throughout assigned shifts.
• Ensure food and beverage products are prepared, displayed, and served according to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs or shortages to supervisors.
• Support cash handling procedures and ensure accurate use of POS systems.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly address guest concerns or questions.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards within the concession stand.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist with training new team members on operational procedures and service expectations.
• Monitor team performance and communicate operational challenges to supervisors.
• Support labor efficiency and productivity goals while maintaining service quality.
• Complete required paperwork, product counts, and stand documentation as needed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.

Summary
