Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead day-to-day concessions operations at the Toledo Complex. You will oversee budgeting, P&L, and staff performance to deliver high-quality fan experiences.

The role requires 5-7 years in high-volume foodservice, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Flexibility for extended hours, weekends and holidays is expected, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of management experience in high-volume foodservice, preferably concessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; multitask and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate leadership and vision in managing staff and projects.
• Customer service oriented with professional interaction with staff, vendors and guests.
• Flexible to extended hours, weekends and holidays; team player.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures, POS systems and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day concessions operations and direct staff to execute the business plan.
• Operate within budget, manage monthly P&L and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Foster a partner relationship with the Client to deliver fan experiences at events.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to staff; schedule hourly workers.
• Control labour costs and operating supplies; ensure safety, sanitation and equipment upkeep.
• Oversee inventory and contribute to annual operating budgets; ensure regulatory compliance.
