Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead operational aspects of food, beverage, and specialty services at live events. You will recruit and coach staff, manage inventories, and ensure safety and sanitation standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

In this role, you will plan event staffing, monitor budgets, and coordinate with venue teams to maintain high service levels during busy periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years in food service, concessions or hospitality management.
• Knowledge of concessions, catering, bar operations.
• Leadership, planning, inventory control, budgeting, and guest service.
• Compliance with health and alcohol service requirements; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all concession areas, including food, beverage, and specialty services.
• Schedule staff, train and coach teams, ensure sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory and contribute to yearly budgets.
• Enforce health, safety, and alcohol service policies.
• Address guest service issues and plan event staffing levels.
• Plan staffing and product levels for each event to ensure coverage.
