Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Concessions Manager to lead concessions operations at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. You will oversee food preparation, service, inventory, and staff, ensuring cost controls and premium guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and the ability to work extended hours for events. Base salary starts at $72,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, desired.
• 1 to 2 years' related experience and/or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous management experience in a similar venue.
• ServSafe Manager, ServSafe Alcohol, and ServSafe Allergen certifications preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervises concessions staff in food prep, service, and cleanup.
• Trains staff to ensure high quality, efficient, and profitable service.
• Manage costs and drive premium customer experiences.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to purchase concession products based on demand.
• Determine menu and pricing with Sr. Concessions Manager.
• Oversee inventory in concession stands at period end; track losses.
• Ensure compliance with Health Dept. and ABC regulations.
• Schedule teams for events using ABIMM; manage special catering at venues.
• Oversee NPO groups, payroll, and contract management as needed.
