Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality. You will train staff, oversee event-day teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Located in Mountain View, CA, this role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work evenings/weekends, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Maintain health and safety policies while delivering guest experiences across all venues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and attention to detail.
• Must meet health requirements for food handling and alcohol service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
• Available for all venue events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good mobility to perform production tasks (reaching, bending, lifting).

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff with customer interaction.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train and enforce responsible service of alcohol per procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
• Coordinate with coworkers to ensure compliance with service standards.
• Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
