Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Concessions Lead Supervisor at America First Field in Utah. You will oversee concession stands and carts, lead pre-shift meetings, train staff, ensure guest service, food safety, and POS accuracy during fast-paced events.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with 1–2 years in concessions or hospitality, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events; Utah Food Handler Permit and ServSafe Alcohol cert may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of experience in concessions, food service, hospitality, or similar environment preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and guest-service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coach staff and address performance professionally.
• Ability to work in high-volume events and remain organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-shift meetings and supervise concession stands, carts, and portable locations.
• Direct, train, motivate and support concession associates during each event.
• Ensure friendly guest service, efficient operations, and compliance with policies.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, product presentation, inventory, and POS accuracy.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, setup, restocking, auditing, cleaning, and securing locations.
• Maintain clean, safe concession areas and enforce safety standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate needs with Concessions leadership and related teams.
• Support multiple event types including games, concerts, and private events.
