Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Premium Club Busser at America First Field in Utah. You will support the Premium hospitality team by keeping club spaces clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready during events. This role offers opportunities to learn service standards and grow within a premier food-service environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and during concerts or private events. Utah Food Handler Permit preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-service, food-service, or event hospitality preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and ability to take direction.
• Ability to work fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables and wipe dining surfaces throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness in clubs, dining and service areas.
• Assist servers and Premium team during busy events.
• Greet guests courteously and respond to needs.
• Support setup, service, cleanup, and breakdown of premium spaces.
