Job summary

Levy Sector is seeking a General Manager of Concessions at the Prudential Center to lead concessions operations, guest service and financial performance. You will hire, train and develop staff while upholding Levy standards and culture across FOH and BOH as events demand.

The role requires a strong hospitality mindset, operational acumen and the ability to manage multiple venues, menus and promotions to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to deliver guest service with Levy standards.
• Manage menus, promotions, and show quality.
• Forecast staffing and scheduling to meet targets.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and compliance with policies.
