Job summary

an M is seeking a Concessions Cook to prepare menu items using kitchen equipment in a fast-paced venue. You will ensure high food quality, manage portion control, reduce waste, and uphold sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include processing sales at the register, maintaining stock, addressing customer needs, and keeping a clean workspace. Alcohol service requires checking IDs and compliance with laws. Shift availability includes night and day.

Qualifications

Must be 18 or over.
Three or more months' experience in food service industry.
Must have Food Handlers and Food Safety Certification.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Conduct the cash register sales by entering the orders and completing the transaction.
Maintain stock and communication to the Concessions Stand Manager of low stock items.
Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace including disposal of garbage and washing dishes.
Serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages responsibly and check IDs per regulations.
Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
