Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Cooks at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. You will prepare food following recipes and sanitation guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment.

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Cooks to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As a Concessions Cook, you will prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines. Whether you are starting your cooking career or want to grow your knowledge to climb up the ladder, we’ll provide you with opportunities and mentorship to help you succeed.

• Set up and operation of kitchen equipment
• Clean equipment properly according to correct procedures
• Keep workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• No experience or diploma required

Physical requirements

• Able to stand for long periods of time including bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
• Able to lift 20 lbs or more
• Exposed to variable temperatures
