Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Line Cook for Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. You will prepare dishes according to recipes and chef specifications, ensuring timely service and proper food handling.

Competitive hourly pay of $18.00, with benefits and weekly pay included. This role requires at least 1 year of line cook or prep cook experience and strong math skills for recipe measurements. Flexible shift availability includes days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

• Properly measure, portion, and cook all food items promptly.

• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties according to proper guidelines.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet.
