Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare and cook food items, ensuring high quality taste and presentation to satisfy guests and maximize food revenues. The role requires at least 6 months of fast-paced food prep experience and the ability to work under pressure while following directions.

Responsibilities include maintaining health and sanitation standards, proper temperature control, accurate labeling, and timely coordination of orders.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written and oral direction.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure all products are prepared, held and served at correct temperatures.
• Ensure the proper rotation, labeling and dating of all products.
• Use the proper utensils and portions at all times.
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and with accuracy.
• May be assigned to work multiple stations throughout the shift.
