Job summary

M Culinary Concept is seeking a Concessions Cook at WestWorld of Scottsdale to join our high-volume catering team. You will prepare and cook items per recipes, operate kitchen equipment, and support batch cooking for events while upholding food safety and cleanliness.

This role offers a flexible schedule with evening and weekend shifts and opportunities to grow within our award-winning Phoenix-based company.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
• Valid food handler certification required.
• Strong team player with the ability to follow recipes precisely.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to M Culinary Concepts’ recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment and assist with batch cooking for large events.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment and follow food safety guidelines.
