Job Summary

Performs cashiering duties, including making cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in food prep, service, and dining areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs sales transactions efficiently.
• Enters all sales into the register accurately.
• Makes change, accepts various payment methods, and issues receipts.
• Follows procedures for cash refunds.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints courteously.
• Manages change funds and cash receipts in accordance with standards.
• Monitors customer purchases and maintains service areas.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness.
• Stocks pastry case and ensures compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
