Job Purpose

As a lead member of our front-of-house service team, the Maître d’ greets customers, manages reservations for the restaurant and Club 1902, and oversees logistical details, setting the ambiance and atmosphere of the space.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality food, beverage, and service standards are met with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Club 1902 members during club hours, handling reservations and requests.
  • Create a warm, attentive, and courteous environment for guests.
  • Engage with guests to build loyalty and recognition.
  • Handle guest requests gracefully and respond promptly to needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of menus, wine, and cocktail programs.
  • Supervise the host team for seamless guest interactions.
  • Support training and development of team members.
  • Report equipment and food quality issues to management.
  • Adhere to sanitation, health regulations, and company standards.
  • Perform daily side work duties.

  • Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Windows, etc.).
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
