Job Description
The Bartender greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, courteous, and accurate manner; provides beverage service; acts as cashier; supports management; and performs related tasks within the area of assignment.

1. Deliver exceptional guest service following the Six Core Service Standards and work harmoniously with team members.
2. Handle beverage service and act as cashier for the outlet.
3. Pour and mix drinks according to recipes; maintain cleanliness and safety; manage company funds and equipment.
4. Ensure compliance with laws regarding alcohol service and minors.
5. Open and close the outlet following procedures; ensure sanitation and asset protection.
6. Inspect areas for safety and maintenance; ensure a safe, clean, and productive environment.
7. Maintain supplies and inventory levels; demonstrate product offerings and procedures.
8. Operate cashier machine; provide correct change.
9. Report suspicious activity to management.
10. Participate in professional meetings; stay informed of industry trends.
11. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of high-volume cocktail service experience.
• Ability to obtain all required regulatory licenses.
• Successful background check and drug screening.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
