Job Description

The Bartender greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, courteous, and responsive manner; provides beverage service; acts as cashier; supports higher management; and performs related tasks within the area of assignment.

1. Deliver superior service by ensuring interactions meet our Six Core Service Standards and work harmoniously with team members.
2. Assume responsibility for beverage service and act as cashier for the outlet.
3. Pour and mix drinks according to recipes; maintain a clean environment; manage funds and equipment.
4. Ensure compliance with laws regarding alcohol service and minors.
5. Open and close the outlet following procedures; ensure sanitation and protect assets.
6. Inspect safety and maintenance needs; maintain a safe, clean, and productive environment.
7. Maintain supplies and inventory levels; demonstrate product offerings and procedures.
8. Handle cashier operations; ensure correct change is given.
9. Report suspicious activities or transactions to management.
10. Participate in professional meetings; stay informed of customer service trends.
11. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of high-volume cocktail service experience.
• Ability to obtain all required regulatory licenses.
• Successful background check and drug screening.
• Age 21 or older.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.
