Levy Restaurants is seeking a Concessions Administrative Coordinator for Desert Diamond Arena to manage concessions operations and paperwork, with a pay range of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.

The role requires leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during stadium events. You will handle inventory, audits, reports, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure proper close-out.

Formación

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Process lead checkout paperwork and ensure documentation is complete.
• Perform end-of-day accounting, data entry, reconciliations and balancing of concession stands.
• Understand menu offerings, presentation and pricing to assist with paperwork and reporting.
• Monitor product control and inventory handling; initiate recounts during nightly audits.
• Assist with inventory management on non-event days and special events.
• Coordinate with concessions supervisors to ensure proper close-out procedures.
• Maintain documentation and event production logs for reporting.
• Assist with uniform check-in/out and equipment checks for stand teams.
