Job summary

RoadHouse Cinemas Scottsdale is seeking a Concessionist & Box Office team member to assist guests at the Scottsdale location. You will handle ticket sales, communicate specials, and actively promote RoadHouse merchandise while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing concessions, delivering items to guests, maintaining clean theaters, and completing side-work. No prior experience is required; barista experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Must obtain Title 4/eTips certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire.
• No previous experience necessary.
• Barista experience is a plus.

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and concessions to tables.
• Pre-bus and maintain theater cleanliness.
• Complete side-work as assigned.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answer phones with professionalism, effectively addressing guest questions and concerns
• Know and Communicate movie ticket and menu specials, and conduct ticket sales
• Effectively sell RoadHouse cinemas merchandise
• Prepare and serve concessions items including popcorn, candy, milkshakes, desserts, fountain drinks, coffee beverages and all other.
• Perform drink expo
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and concessions accurately to assigned tables
• Pre-bus and keep up with overall cleanliness of theaters
• Complete side-work as assigned

Experience and Education:

• Basic math skills
• Must obtain Title 4/eTips certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire.
• No previous experience necessary
• Barista experience a plus
