Position Title: Concession Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Concession Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our bar and concession areas, ensuring efficient service, maintaining product quality, and leading staff to provide outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily bar and concession operations, ensuring timely setup, efficient service, and proper closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor product levels and coordinate ordering and replenishment with management.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, POS usage, and financial accountability.
• Lead, train, schedule, and support bar and concession staff.
• Provide on‑shift guidance and coaching to maintain high service standards.
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service, addressing customer needs and resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain product knowledge to support menu recommendations and staff training.
• Enforce alcohol service policies and ensure compliance with TABC laws and venue rules.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications
