Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a proactive Concession Supervisor at Levy for Miller Outdoor Theater in Houston, TX. You will oversee daily bar and concession operations, ensure service quality, and lead staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences at a premier entertainment venue.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality leadership, strong customer service, POS proficiency, and knowledge of alcohol service laws. The role requires evening/ weekend availability and the ability to manage cash and safety

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bars, concession, or hospitality supervision required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service abilities.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during high-volume events.
• Competence with POS systems and cash management.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
