Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Concession Stand Lead to oversee daily food service operations at a correctional facility. You will manage inventory, train staff, ensure food safety, and deliver exceptional guest service while following Aramark policies.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Previous food service experience required.
• Must be able to obtain food safety and MAST certification.
• Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Demonstrates excellent guest service skills and ability to manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a food service team and supervises tasks.
• Trains and guides staff on duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions.
• Stores food properly by following food safety policies.
• Sets up workstations, prep tables, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations.
• Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Replenishes food items and maintains stock levels.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies including checking IDs.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests and staff.
• Adheres to safety policies and protects company assets.
