Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Concession Stand Worker to prepare and build food items while delivering memorable guest service. You will follow Aramark safety policies, handle cash, and ensure accurate inventory and quality service in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires a friendly demeanor, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and adherence to food safety and alcohol service guidelines. Training and certifications may be required per location and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates positive guest service skills.
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 lb.
• May be required to meet state age requirements for serving alcohol.
• May be required to obtain TIPS/TEAM card at locations that serve and sell alcohol.
• May be required to complete Serve Safe Food Handlers certification.
• Previous Guest Service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists guests courteously.
• Takes food orders and serves guests.
• Prepares and builds food items per recipes and directions.
• Stores food properly following safety policies.
• Sets up workstations with prep tables and hot wells.
• Breaks down and sanitizes workstations.
• Serves food and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Replenishes food items and maintains stock at proper levels.
