Job summary

The Concession Stand Lead at Aramark oversees daily food service operations, including inventory, guest service, food preparation, and sanitation procedures across locations as required by client and business needs.

The role requires prior supervisory and food service experience, a food safety certification, and strong organizational skills to manage tasks, timelines, and a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Previous food service experience required.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience managing inventory required.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet production/service schedules.
• Ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a food service team and supervises task completion.
• Trains staff on duties, proper food safety and sanitation, and customer service.
• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions.
• Stores food properly by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, and hot wells.
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations.
• Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs.
• Replenishes food items and maintains proper stock levels.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks patron IDs.
• Maintains excellent guest service and adaptable, friendly demeanor.
• Maintains compliance with safety policies and protects assets.
