Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Stand Lead at Empower Field in Denver to oversee a high-volume concession stand during events. You will manage a team, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold food safety standards in a dynamic environment.

The role is hourly, seasonal, and part-time with shifts managed through ReadyOn; no guaranteed hours per week and typical hours vary with events. Previous supervisory experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older (required).
• Valid TEAM or ServSafe alcohol certification (required).
• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Previous food service experience required.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience managing inventory required.
• Willing to accept change, new procedures, and constructive comments.
• Ability to establish relationships with guests and co-workers.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to improve efficiency.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
• Demonstrates professional demeanor in daily assignments.
• Must work independently with limited supervision.
• Ideal candidate available to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assigns duties to food service team and supervises tasks.
• Trains and guides staff on duties, food safety and customer service.
• Ensures food is prepared and built according to recipes and directions.
• Assists with workstation setup (prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables).
• Assist and delegate proper tear-down, cleaning and sanitizing of workstations.
• Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs.
• Replenishes food items and maintains stock at appropriate levels.
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking IDs.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers.
• Ensures security of company assets.
