Job summary

Aramark at Empower Field in Denver is seeking a Concession Supervisor to lead a high-volume, fast-paced team during events. You will oversee concession stands, ensure food safety, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role is hourly, seasonal, and part-time with flexible scheduling through ReadyOn, up to 25 hours per week. Certifications in ServSafe and TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol are required; on-site training is provided.

Qualifications

• ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification required
• Team/ServSafe Alcohol certification required
• Able to stand for several hours and lift up to 25 lbs
• Excellent customer service and communication required

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all equipment and smallware items within the concession stand and concourse
• Stores product in designated areas, maintains PPE, and provides each stand with the necessary tools to adhere to food and safety guidelines
• Manages a section of concession stands and staff
• Maintains necessary paperwork throughout the event including temperature logs, inventory stand sheets, and waste logs
• Adheres to food safety guidelines and ensures staff follow them
• Operates a POS or assists with food and beverage preparation
• Maintains adequate product levels in each concession stand
• Performs inventory counts before, during, and after an event
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events!

Our Concession Supervisors are the heart of our operations and work each day to create an exceptional event day experience for our guests. This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, managing a large team, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events Denver has to offer!

This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee

Position Type

Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.

Compensation

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Assists with the operations by operating a POS or preparing food and beverage items
• Maintains adequate product levels in each concession stand
• Performs inventory counts before, during, and after an event
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service

Qualifications

This position has physical demands and requires frequent lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, and carrying of up to 25 lbs. Applicant must be able to stand for several hours and work in an outdoor climate with varying temperatures.

• 21 years of age or older (required)
