Job summary

Radisson-Hotel-Group is seeking a Food & Beverage team member to supervise and service food and beverages at our event center. This role requires strong customer service and adherence to safety policies.

You will stand for long hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays while ensuring inventory, money handling, and proper food labeling are maintained with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours or more.
• Able to stoop and bend.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Compliance with safety and health code standards; able to handle repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preparation and service of food/beverage to patrons in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Operate and maintain the F&B stand in compliance with Health Code and Event Center policies.
• Ensure proper I.D. checks and adherence to Michigan Liquor Law beer limits.
• Oversee handling of money, tips, and countable items; provide change when needed.
• Report employee discipline problems to the F&B Manager.
• Train staff on proper clean-up procedures.
• Inspect stand for cleanliness, labeling, and proper storage before dismissal.
• Submit spoilage items to the spoilage bucket and maintain records.
