Job summary

Compass Group's Levy brand at Kaseya Center in Miami seeks a Concessions Assistant Stand Lead to oversee the concession stand operations during events. You will supervise staff, assist the Stand Lead, and ensure smooth service of food and beverages to spectators.

You will handle sales, receive payments, take inventory, train attendants, and maintain compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations while delivering professional customer service.

Summary: Responsible for the successful operation of concession stand to which he/she is assigned. Supervises staff and assists the Stand Lead.
