Job summary

ASM Global-SMG in Tennessee is seeking a part-time Concession Stand Worker to join our team at the event venue in Florence. You will be responsible for cleaning, cash handling, and ensuring safe, sanitary service during peak hours.

Candidates must be at least 18, have a High School Diploma or GED, pass a background check, and be capable of working flexible hours including weekends and holidays. ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operations.
• Must be ServSafe Certified (have alcohol service training).

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and upkeep of stand.
• Maintains accurate accounting of all transaction and inventory on assigned concession stand.
• Performs location worker assignments.
• Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees.
• Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Concession Lead.
• Maintains accurate cash and card handling procedures at all times.
• Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage.
• Performed other related duties as assigned by Concession Lead.

Physical Demands
