Position Details

• Location: New Bremen Swimming Pool, New Bremen, OH
• Type: Seasonal/Part-Time, Non-Exempt
• Hourly Rate: $10.70 - $12.84

Position Summary

Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality service and maintaining a safe, clean environment at the aquatic facility.

Essential Functions

• Enforce policies, rules, and regulations to ensure safety and enjoyment for all guests.
• Assist in stocking and cleaning the concession area.
• Prepare concession food items safely and hygienically.
• Support the organization of special events.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and staff to maintain facility quality.
• Oversee safety, appearance, and equipment during events.
• Follow proper reporting procedures for child abuse and neglect laws.
• Maintain cleanliness of the aquatic facility.
• Provide excellent telephone service.
• Proactively address and resolve problems.
• Stay informed about member information and programs.
• Report concerns, repairs, or incidents to the supervisor.
• Suggest improvements for programs and facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least six months of customer service experience required.
• Understanding of pool operations and protocols preferred.
