What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Positions Included

The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End. These are typically temporary roles. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, assisting with locating, selecting, demonstrating, preparing, or loading merchandise. Specific responsibilities vary by role, e.g., assembling merchandise, stocking, loading, assisting shoppers, processing sales and returns. Seasonal Associates may be considered for any of these roles based on hiring needs.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or to support other stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: generally 10 to 40 hours; more hours may be required.
• Availability: morning, afternoon, and evening any day; Receiver/Stocker roles may require late evening, night, or early morning shifts.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, sitting, and lifting (25 lbs for most roles, 10 lbs for CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs: 6 months experience with computers and handheld devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months forklift/power equipment experience.
• CSAs: 6 months retail experience involving customer service, sales, and product knowledge.

If required by state or local law, you must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of employment.
