Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in conceptual or pre-construction estimating.
• Proficiency with Timberline or WinEst estimating software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates for complex construction projects in the early stages of design.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure estimate accuracy.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and potential challenges.
• Prepare and present cost estimates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and pricing fluctuations.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and contract negotiations.
• Maintain a database of historical cost data for future reference.
