Job summary

NSA is seeking Computer Systems Architects to modernize IT architecture using commercial and government hardware, software, networking, and security products. The role requires a CS concentration and applicable experience across the software and systems lifecycle.

Applicants should upload transcripts, as the minimum qualifications require a CS-based degree. The position is located at the Fort Meade Complex, MD, with pay bands and full-time work.

Qualifications

• Degree must be in Computer Science or related field with foundational CS courses including algorithms, data structures, and mathematics.
• Experience in design/development of computer or information systems across lifecycle (requirements, design, implement, test, deploy, maintain).
• Military JCAC training counts toward experience requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Modernize IT architecture through analysis of research and evolving project requirements.
• Integrate industry trends, emerging technologies and vendor features.
• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and recommend solutions for project requirements.
• Produce compliance results for established IT architecture and project requirements.
