A professional IT solutions provider is seeking a Computer System Analyst III (Audio Visual System Engineer) in Herndon, Virginia. The role demands expertise in AVL-VC systems design and sustainment, requiring over 10 years of experience. Responsibilities include overseeing installation, informing leadership of system failures, and supporting senior management. The position offers competitive salary ranging from $150K to $175K annually, with comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in control systems and hold a current InfoComm CTS certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in AVL-VC systems design and sustainment.
• Experience with DSP, digital projection, and control systems.
• Current InfoComm Certified Technology Specialist (CTS – General) certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AVL-VC system sustainment across installation.
• Inform COR within 4 hours of major system failures.
• Design upgrade plans and cost estimates.
• Configure advanced AV control systems.
• Develop sustainment and enhancement strategies.
• Support senior leadership conference rooms.
• Cover down on AV Specialist duties when required.

• Develop sustainment and enhancement strategies.
• Support senior leadership conference rooms.
• Cover down on AV Specialist duties when required.

Required skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree is desired but not required.
• 10+ years’ experience in AVL-VC systems design and sustainment experience
• Experience with DSP, digital projection, control systems, reading architectural plans and schematics, and supporting large facilities
• Certifications: Current InfoComm Certified Technology Specialist (CTS – General).

Location: Fort Sill, OK (Onsite)

Status: Full-time

Salary: $150K-$175K /A with benefits
