The Enterprise Support Technician I is responsible for providing frontline technical support and endpoint services within Oklahoma Management and Enterprise Services - Information Services (OMES IS). This role focuses on enterprise desktop support, device deployment, troubleshooting, and customer service across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments. The Enterprise Support Technician I works closely with end users and IT teams to support workstation operations, incident resolution, device provisioning, and daily support functions across statewide enterprise environments.
Work is usually preformed in office environment with moderate noise levels. Requires extended periods of sitting, computer use, and phone communication. Occasional standing, walking, lifting, and reaching may be required. Requires travel between statewide agency locations based on operational needs. May be required to lift and transport IT equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position in office.
