Job summary

SnapReach Media in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to provide technical support to clients and keep computer systems running smoothly. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure systems, and deliver friendly, clear guidance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related role.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with installing configuring and maintaining computer systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.

Install and configure computer systems according to client needs.
