Katapult Network is recruiting an entry-level Computer Support Specialist to manage growing client consulting needs. This is an excellent entry point for graduates with a technology background or degree to join a fast-growing tech startup.

You will oversee daily computer system performance, assist users with software/hardware issues, and set up equipment while ensuring proper installation and security upgrades. Training new specialists may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation: proactively assist clients in a professional, friendly manner.
• Computer and electronics expertise: knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, computer hardware, and software.
• Communication: express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively.
• Critical thinking: use logic and reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of solutions.
• Dependable: be reliable, responsible, and use good judgment.

Responsibilities

Salary:

• $40,000-50,000/yr + Benefits
