Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, experienced Computer Technician to join our full-time team. This position includes both in-store tech repairs and field-based business support. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience, a strong grasp of troubleshooting, repair, and enjoys working directly with customers and small businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair computer hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Perform virus/malware removal, system cleanups, backups, and software installations
• Set up, configure, routers, printers, and small business networks
• Provide remote and onsite IT support for local business clients
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory logs, and repair notes
• Recommend upgrades or replacements to improve tech performance
• Deliver professional, courteous service to all customers and clients

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in computer repair and IT support preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
• Proficient with Windows and macOS systems, networking, and basic cybersecurity
• Comfortable supporting small business environments (networking, printers, POS systems, etc.)
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in the field or in‑store
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local service calls

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional on-call availability may be needed

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
