Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices (printers, monitors, etc.).
Perform component-level repairs (motherboards, hard drives, memory, power supplies, etc.).
Replace defective parts and conduct system upgrades.
Software Troubleshooting & Installation
Install, configure, and update operating systems and common software applications.
Remove malware, viruses, and troubleshoot system performance issues.
Ensure proper data backup and recovery procedures.
