We are seeking a hands-on Computer Repair Associate to support refurbishment, troubleshoot gaming PCs, and maintain a clean, organized work environment. You’ll disassemble, repair, and reassemble devices while following safety protocols and helping improve

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair gaming PCs.
• Replace CPUs, GPUs, Motherboards, Power Blocks, and other faulty components.
• Inspect, test, and refurbish equipment to meet company standards.
• Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble devices per instructions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation.

We are seeking a hands-on Computer Repair Associate to support the refurbishment of our devices. The ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting technical/mechanical issues with gaming PCs, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair gaming PCs.
• Replace CPUs, GPUs, Motherboards, Power Blocks, and other faulty components.
• Inspect, test, and refurbish equipment and materials to ensure they meet company standards.
• Follow detailed instructions to disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble devices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with a passion for hands-on work and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and maintain focus under pressure.
• Previous experience or curiosity in computer building and repair
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy objects as required.
