Fragile is a fast-growing startup redefining consumer hardware rentals. The Refurbishment Associate will play a hands-on role in refurbishing devices, including receiving, testing, disassembling, cleaning, repairing, and reassembling equipment to meet quality standards.

This role thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires a strong eye for detail, practical problem-solving, and a proactive approach to safety and process improvements.

• Execute warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and inventory management.

We are seeking a hands-on Refurbishment Associate to support the refurbishment of our devices. The ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting technical/mechanical issues, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
