Job summary

AutoZone is seeking an IT Operations Leader to oversee daily IT operations in the distribution center, ensuring smooth start-of-day, end-of-day, and weekly processes. You will troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software issues across handheld devices, RF equipment, desktops, and servers.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage access and data security for all facility staff. Experience with MS Office and HRIS is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and experience managing teams in a tech-driven environment.
• Completion of management/leadership training is preferred.
• Strong multitasking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate policies and procedures clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS.
