• Creates, maintains, and updates Symitar jobs and schedules.
• Opens and distributes mail, answers calls, takes messages, directs calls; conducts routine backups; communicates with vendors.
• Prepare brief correspondence and reports and present to groups outside immediate work area.
• May cross-train staff and perform miscellaneous tasks as required.
